The pool is open daily from 9 AM to 10 PM. Pool towels are provided, and there are tables with umbrellas, chairs, and chaise lounges around the pool. No lifeguard is on duty, and children must not be left unattended.

What are the credit/debit card policies?

The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Debit cards are also accepted. Cards will be authorized for the estimated total amount of room and tax charges plus a daily incidental fee of USD $50.00 per day. Actual charges are billed upon check-out.

What is a pre-authorization?

A pre-authorization is a temporary hold on your credit card to ensure it is valid and has enough funds to cover your reservation. It is not an actual charge and the hold will be released according to your card issuer's policies.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?

Your available balance will be temporarily reduced, and you may see "pending transactions" on your account summary. Contact your card issuer or the hotel for verification.
